Aligned Strategy Co. was born from experience—I was an Executive Director managing programs, funding cuts, board relationships, and staffing gaps—while squeezing in policy writing and grant reporting after hours.

I didn’t need a full-time assistant director. I needed another me—someone who could step in for 8-10 hours a week and tackle the high-impact work that always got pushed aside. I know I’m not the only one. So that’s what I offer: flexible, strategic support for leaders doing too much with too little.Whether it’s grant writing, policy work, strategic planning, or special projects, I bring clarity, capability, and follow-through—so you can focus on what matters most.

Who I Work With

I specialize in supporting Children’s Advocacy Centers (CACs), Children’s Justice Centers (CJCs), Family Justice Centers (FJCs), Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) programs, child abuse prevention organizations, and other victim services teams navigating complex systems with limited capacity.Whether you're working to meet accreditation standards, build internal systems, create a strategic plan, or finally move a critical project off your plate—I offer strategic support rooted in real experience. I understand the complexity of multidisciplinary teams, public–private partnerships, unfunded mandates—all of it.I’ve sat in the CAC Director seat, and I know how hard it is to find consultants who truly understand this work. You can’t hire someone to lead strategic planning if they don’t know that your outcomes depend on partner engagement. And you can’t take advice on team culture from someone who doesn’t understand that your staff is functioning as a first responder team. I offer grounded, thoughtful support—tailored to the reality of these fields.

How It Works

I start by getting a clear sense of what’s on your plate and where you need support. We’ll schedule a free discovery call to talk it through—no pressure, just a real conversation about what’s working, what’s not, and what kind of help would actually move things forward.From there, I’ll recommend a project scope or retainer plan that fits your goals and your budget.Most projects start at $3,500.
